clients often request designs through familiar platforms like linear, jira, slack or trello. they might also share google docs or wireframes, or even send a loom video. plus, if clients prefer, we're happy to sync up over a call to discuss their needs. once we've got the details, we'll set up tickets on linear or trello to keep track of tasks.
